Summary of Legal Experience:
Sandre Streete Moncriffe has been a licensed attorney for 17 years. Since 2011, Sandre has served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office in the Juvenile Law Division, where she prosecutes Child Welfare/CPS cases. Prior to her role as an Assistant District Attorney, she was the founder of the Law Office of Sandre Streete Moncriffe, a successful law practice specializing in the area of Family Law. In 2000, Sandre began her legal career in San Francisco, CA, as Assistant Regional Counsel for the U.S. Social Security Administration.
Sandre has extensive experience in Family Law. Her wide-ranging experience includes representing litigants in all aspects of Family Law such as Divorce, Child Welfare cases, Property Division, Enforcement, Custody issues, serving as both an Amicus Attorney and as a Guardian Ad Litem, as well as prosecuting CPS cases. Also, she is a seasoned Trial Attorney, with significant Jury Trial experience.
